For this special San Francisco Workshop we are focused on digging into our contemporary dance practice and the art of dancing with others. Floorwork, flow, conditioning, improvisation, partnering, and nasty phrase work abounds. So, come bound around with us! Best suited for Intermediate to Advanced dancers.
VIM VIGOR is a physical dance theater company under the direction of Shannon Gillen. Interested in founding a collaborative think tank in the US, where the most innovative and profoundly gifted artists could come together to create cutting edge dance theater, VIM VIGOR is home to six artists hailing from around the world. The company represents a paradigm shift in the creative process, with all original music, writing, set, media and movement created collaboratively.
